1. Everything starts with making the best content you can with the best products you can possibly offer. Your content is your best advertisement – if visitors like your content, then they will go back and spread the word to others.

2. Rank well in the quest engines (organic quest consequences, not the pay per click). SEs can be a huge source of traffic. The key is to make the best content in your niche. If you have excellent content, other websites will gladly link to you and offer your site as a resource to their consultation. Check the on-page factors and be sure to get linked from authority sites in your topic area.

As the title says: how do I go about increasing web site traffic to my blog? I’ve got a blog that I’ve been working on for ages and I can’t seem to get any free traffic to it :(

Try putting your blog on digg.com blogger etc join Forms that your website is about make sure when you join these Forms you know what your talking about place your Link is the Signature tab don’t just spam the forum’s that will lightly get you removed. Come to my website i have have backlinks tab there.

Also arrr send by e-mail some company that your website has to do with and question for a backlink and you;ll link to there website.
